His main relationship is with his twin brother Raphael. They are as thick as thieves and have the ability to communicate in their minds as far away as they want. They usually use this to help each other blend in when pretending to be one person.

He also is friends, or considers himself a friend of, Malachi. They work for him in the cafe and as information brokers, as they're pretty handy at getting information and the like.

While they usually just try to find information and the like from sources for Mal, they might have decided it's a good time to check on Hogwarts security. How they plan to do so, they've yet to disclose.
