Penny hasn't developed many specific relationships in her time. She has a practically non-existent relationship with her father at this point, a cordial one with her mother, but no relationships that matter to her behind that. She knows other dragonologists as they've helped her to learn what she has so far, but no real friends. Though, if you ask her, Cosmo and Drakon are her friends and possibly even her children. She used to also be friends with Bishop and Tatiana in school, but she's been out of contact.
