Full Name: Darcy Hutton
Age: 38
Position/Class Taught: Muggle Studies
History (2-4 paragraphs or more): Darcy Hutton was a student at Hogwarts and had been sorted into the Hufflepuff house. Her mom was a Muggle while her father had been born into a "mostly" magical family. Her interest in Muggle Studies only seemed to come into place as she took the class as a student. She inspired to teach and even offer to tutor students who had been having problems with Muggle Studies or even other classes. Some Professors seen the potential in her possibly joining as a Professor at Hogwarts whenever she graduated, but time would gladly tell. She kept passing all of her classes, staying out of trouble, and ensured that she'd not be a problem as a student.
As she grew and learned more spells and more about the Wizarding World it had come time for her to lock in what she'd be doing after she graduates. As she was in her 5th Year her Professors at the time seemed very pleased with her grades and good behavior. Thanks to that, the teaching staff did consider her a top candidate to be a Professor. She already tutored and did study sessions with new students and even the students in her same year or later.
As her final year arrived, she did make up her mind and informed the Headmaster/Headmistress she'd gladly be willing to teach a class. Darcy put in her application properly for a Professor position, but she had to wait a little while before she'd hear back. As she graduated, Darcy continued to study and learn more about the Muggles and what they truly did. She didn't want to believe what text books say, and was able to see up close what the things Muggles used looked like and worked.
Darcy took up a full-time job as a journalist writing news about things in the Muggle world. Darcy had awaited to see when the day came if her job application at Hogwarts would be accepted. Finally as she hit 30 and gained outside world experience working a job, she got a letter informing her she'd been invited for a job interview. Darcy gladly sent an owl back accepting this. As she did her interview, the professors and other staff were impressed she took up a job writing for a Muggle newspaper. This truly did show she was dedicated to teaching and showing everything off about Muggles and Muggle-borns to students.
Personality (1-2 paragraphs or more): -- Darcy is of course not perfect, and who is? She has good leadership skills, works well with others, and of course is always willing to teach and instruct students and younger magical adults. Despite her decent skills, she does tend to want to be perfect and get everything done right the first time. She has a hard time accepting not everybody is going to be perfect, and this is a downside to her. Darcy does like to learn every single thing she can even well into adulthood, so she's very much a person who loves to learn.
Darcy also is the type to be obsessive whenever she does find a thing to learn and study about. She has to research everything about it and then share it with her students or other people. Her personality is basically described as being obsessed with learning and studying every single thing.
