NPCs:
NPCs, or non-player characters, are characters existing within the CTS universe who aren't directly owned or controlled by any single player. NPCs can be referenced to, spoken about, or interacted with in various threads.
The purpose of the NPC list is to create an immersive and interconnected universe. To achieve this, NPCs should be able to interact with multiple characters and be utilized by multiple players. You are still welcome to create an NPC tied only to your character, but you do not need to submit an application for them.
When you submit an NPC, you give permission for other players to incorporate, develop, and expand upon the character in their threads. We strongly encourage both NPC creation and the use of NPCs crafted by other players.
As NPCs can come in various forms, the applications are freeform and require no specific format. It is your choice as to how you style it, and how many details you want to include to flesh out your NPC. Providing as much detail as possible enables other players to accurately portray and develop your character while respecting your original vision. If you include a photo, please specify whether it is a play-by image, and if so, provide the name of the play-by. If it is a stock image, please indicate that. Any included pictures will not be considered claims.
NPCs applications must provide the following information at a minimum:
**Please note that we are in the early stages of building an NPC canon list and we're still fine-tuning the application process. Additional information about your NPC may be required prior to approval.**
