Aidan doesn't have any intimate relationships because of a variety of reasons. Mostly what people think they can ask him to do when they're close to him.
He knows Tatiana through her stay at the hospital. She was one of his first patients as a psychiatrist/therapist. He still keeps in touch with her and tries to help her as he can.
He has recently met Artemis, though he's still gauging her.
